CIVIL SERVICE LAW
Civil Service Rules, Law, and Regulations can be quite complicated . Sometimes it is difficult to know whether a Civil Service Violation has occurred, or what the proper remedy might be. PEF has a Civil Service Committee chaired by Vice-President Joe Fox. A "Quote" from Mr. Fox:
"News letters are published by PEF
to be informative and provoke some thought about issues of the membership. We need
your feedback to make sure that we are addressing your needs and concerns
in regards to Civil Service. A note to the civil service committee via our
e-mail address saying we are on tract or not is always appreciated.
"
They have a newsletter called "The Enforcer"; which was created to bring regular updates on Civil Service issues, and to educate you about some of the often-misunderstood aspects of Civil Service enforcement.
